About the Role
Our vision is to see every life bear fruit for Jesus, and that truly means every life. The Operations Director is a senior leadership role at the heart of this vision, responsible for keeping the church running smoothly and effectively enabling the many ministries to grow and reach more people.
You will hold strategic oversight of compliance, governance, finance, buildings and HR, while inspiring and equipping the staff team to deliver our plans on the ground. You will also be a key challenger on the team, working alongside Team Heads to generate plans and reach strategic outcomes.
