Fleet Mechanic / Vehicle Technician

£14.00 per hour (£29,000+ OTE with overtime)
Full-time | 40 hours per week | 6am2:15pm, MondayFriday
Cube Fleet Solutions is a trusted provider of fleet maintenance, servicing, and vehicle refurbishment to national clients across the UK. Were expanding our workshop team and are looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join us in Bromyard.
The role
Youll be responsible for carrying out routine servicing, repairs and fault diagnostics on a variety of cars and light commercial vehicles, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop safe, reliable and road-ready.
Main duties
* Perform mechanical repairs including brake discs, pads, wipers, filters, oil changes, and top-ups.
* Conduct tyre and wheel removal/refit and basic servicing tasks.
* Use a LAUNCH diagnostic machine to identify and resolve vehicle faults.
* Support the body repair team during quieter mechanical periods.
* Maintain accurate job records and uphold workshop standards.
What were looking for
* Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Fleet Mechanic, or Service Technician.
* Good all-round mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Must have own tools.
* Full UK driving licence (max 3 points).
* Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a busy, professional team.
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday, 6am2:15pm (40 hrs/week)
* Saturday overtime available (time + )
* £14.00 per hour, plus regular overtime opportunities
