Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a fire protection company who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team based in Ollerton.
Youll be joining a small, supportive office team that works closely together and plays an important role within the group. Were looking for someone whos a great team player, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers outstanding customer service.
The role will involve liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, supporting all accounts functions with a big emphasis on debtors and credit control, cash books and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
1. Credit Control including dealing with invoice disputes or queries on accounts.
2. Management of customers, including reviewing credit limits, setting up new customers and performing credit checks (on both new customers and existing customers when required)
3. Sales invoicing
4. Work closely with the operational team to resolve disputes and queries promptly
5. Cash book processing and allocations
6. To answer and direct internal and external phone calls in a polite and professional manner
7. To write and distribute business emails, correspondence memos, letter, and forms
8. To assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc scheduled reports
9. To support and maintain an efficient filing system
