Overview
As a Trainee Manager, you'll step into a fast-track leadership programme designed to help you build a career in management with hands-on experience and structured training. Over nine months, you'll work across all areas of the restaurant, gaining practical knowledge and preparing for a promotion to management. You'll learn how to lead teams, manage operations, and drive results, all while ensuring that every customer enjoys the McDonald's experience they know and love.

* Lead teams and provide coaching to colleagues; motivate and support high performance.
* Manage restaurant operations to deliver quality service, safety, and cleanliness.
* Make decisions that keep the restaurant running smoothly and achieve business results.

Qualifications and requirements
* Willingness to step up, take responsibility, and grow with us; previous management experience is not essential.
* Energy, drive, and enthusiasm to learn; adaptable with strong communication and people skills.
* Eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland; ability to provide original documents (passport or visa with supporting college letter if applicable).
