Overall purpose:
We’re
looking for a CRM & Automation Manager As part of the Marketing team, you
will deliver our CRM strategy, ensuring our campaigns are data-driven,
personalised, optimised across multiple channels and automated where possible. Working
closely with our in-house team and agency partners you will utilise our
platforms to develop and execute customer lifecycle programmes that drive
engagement, retention, and revenue.
Duties and responsibilities:
•
Build
and develop our existing CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement,
retention, and lifetime value, ensuring each stage of the customer lifecycle is
optimised for long-term growth.
•
Monitor
key performance metrics, analyse campaign data, and provide actionable insights
to the wider Marketing team to improve our engagement and conversion rates with
a real focus on driving ROI and incremental revenue.
•
Work
with our agency partners to develop CRM workflows within Braze across
direct-to-consumer channels including email, SMS, App, and Direct Mail.
•
Identify
opportunities for personalisation, audience segmentation, and customer journey improvements
across our wider Marketing campaigns.
•
Continuously
identify opportunities to improve our processes and automation efficiencies to
maximise customer engagement and revenue growth.
•
Build
strong relationships with teams across the business through credible,
fact-based discussions, which seek to fulfil our business objectives.
Skills and knowledge:
•
Experience
working with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
•
A
strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, optimisation and
automation strategies.
•
Experience
running performance analysis, producing reports and sharing insights.
•
Experience
in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration and agency
management.
