Were excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours based in Peterborough. They are looking for a customer service professional to join them on a part time basis, to work evenings. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will work circa 18 - 25 hours per week, with 1 in 2 Saturdays required, to replace a weekday in that working week. Key duties include: Making professional outbound welcome calls to customers and supporters Handling inbound and outbound enquiries with empathy and professionalism Providing accurate information and a high level of customer care at all times Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Collaborating with team members and taking part in regular training and coaching The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn Previous contact centre or customer service experience is desirable.
