Regulatory Affairs Manager – Security

What You’ll Do
* Ensure Vodafone Group entities understand and manage security compliance risks from regulatory obligations, aligned with Vodafone Cyber and Corporate Security policies.
* Provide accurate, timely and effective security advice and manage stakeholder relationships across Vodafone Group entities, covering products, networks, and customer services.
* Review technology and telecommunications security regulations, feeding requirements into internal security processes, tools, and business‑wide updates.
* Develop and maintain a base of business guidance, standards, and best practices on security risk and compliance.
* Coordinate and respond to regulator and government questionnaires or queries related to security or business resilience.
Who You Are
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in advising on regulatory compliance within communications or digital services.
* A qualification or professional experience in cyber security or law is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating with impact.
* Comfortable working independently and virtually, with the ability to collaborate, inspire, and test in a complex organisation.
* Strong analytical skills to provide effective, business‑relevant advice in ambiguous legal, regulatory, and political contexts.
