Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day‑to‑day management of doctors within King’s Critical Care.
* Plan and maintain resident doctor rotas, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce information.
* Ensure accurate workforce data, monitor annual and study leave, and support compliance with Trust and national requirements.
* Handle sensitive queries, anticipate staffing gaps and issues, and communicate clearly with clinical and management colleagues.
* Use systems such as Excel, Lists, HealthRoster, Trac, Teams and Microsoft Office to maintain data and drive continuous improvement.
* Support the Service Manager and Deputy General Manager on wider operational or project work.
* Represent the department to doctors, supporting them with recruitment, induction, and pay queries.

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
* Good standard of English to O level/GCSE (A–C grade) or equivalent.
* RSA III / OCR qualification or equivalent knowledge and skills.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and Experience
* Advanced level of IT literacy with experience using a range of IT applications.
* Good understanding of medical staffing and HR policies and procedures.
* Experience coordinating complex activities, including multidisciplinary meetings, training programmes, and workforce planning.
* Previous NHS or healthcare experience, especially familiarity with trainee doctor rotations or medical HR processes, is an advantage.
