About the Role:
Join a leading global financial institution as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles up to Executive Director level, within our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and TA leads to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
3. Champion Inclusion: Promote inclusive hiring practices reflecting our client’s diversity commitments.
4. Talent Pipelines: Build and manage pipelines and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
5. Data-Driven Insights: Use recruitment data to inform decisions and improve processes.
6. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
What You Bring:
* Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Passion for inclusive hiring and candidate experience enhancement
* Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
