The role
You'll be responsible for securing the consents required for survey and construction activity across the region. Your work will include:

* Managing objections and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
* Supporting the delivery of utilities and infrastructure projects, ensuring all consents are in place
* Coordinating with surveyors, engineers, ecologists and contractors to facilitate site access
* Preparing and issuing notices where required
* Maintaining accurate land schedules, records and CRM updates
* Contributing to wider consents processes, including elements linked to CPO, DCO and TWAO where relevant
* Attending site meetings and representing the project with confidence
About you
You'll already understand land access and be comfortable working independently. Experience in any of the following is ideal:
* Wayleaves, land access or land rights
* Utilities, infrastructure or energy
* Property management, estate management or surveying
* Landowner liaison or stakeholder engagement
* Land referencing or permissions work
* Exposure to CPO, DCO, TWAO or statutory infrastructure processes
You'll be confident communicating with a wide range of people, comfortable travelling across your patch, and able to manage multiple live cases with accuracy and professionalism.
