We are looking for an experienced QAT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and quality assurance for large-scale testing services within a multi‑supplier environment.
QAT Delivery Manager | Practice Manager
Role Purpose
The QAT Delivery Manager is Coforge’s senior-most delivery leader, responsible for ensuring complete governance, quality outcomes, and full compliance with client policies and testing standards across services.
Key Attributes
* Strategic leadership in complex multi-supplier ecosystems
* Strong governance, compliance, and risk‑based decision making
* Expertise across all testing levels (Unit → OAT) and methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SCR, security, accessibility)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Test Leadership & Governance
* Lead end-to-end Lot 4 test delivery aligned with Client Test Policy
* Ensure compliance, traceability, and independent assurance
2. Delivery & Quality Outcomes
* Oversee planning/execution across all test phases
* Ensure adherence to acceptance criteria and quality gates
3. Multi‑Party Integration
* Coordinate with Client, suppliers, and architecture/service teams
* Lead defect triage, governance boards & readiness reviews
4. Quality Engineering & Automation
* Implement QE practices across automation, CI/CD & static analysis
* Expand functional and non-functional test automation
5. Compliance & Security
* Ensure GDPR, SCR, CSTS security, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance
* Maintain robust risk-based testing processes
6. Senior Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the senior point of contact for all SV&T and change stakeholders
* Deliver clear test reporting, dashboards & risk summaries
* Lead and mentor Lot 4 testing teams across roles and competencies
* Drive capability building and continuous improvement
8. Commercial & Contractual Management
* Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service obligations
* Identify cost efficiencies and value improvement
Skills & Experience
* 15+ years in enterprise test delivery in multi-vendor setups
* Expertise in Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid models
* Strong knowledge of ITIL4 & ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119
* Proven leadership in regulated, high-pressure environments
