What Youll Be Doing: Welcoming customers and understanding their project needs Inspiring tiling ideas from first homes to trade projects Recommending products with confidence and design flair Completing sales accurately and efficiently Maintaining showroom standards and visual displays Managing stock, deliveries and general housekeeping Working collaboratively with a supportive team ?? What Were Looking For: A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality Strong sales and customer service skills A genuine interest in interiors, design and colour Ability to build rapport and understand customer projects Good numeracy skills (area calculations etc.) IT literate and comfortable handling transactions Flexible to work weekends (5 days over 7 rota) Happy to assist with stock handling Experience within home improvements is desirable but not essential personality and passion are key. ??
