Nursery Teaching Assistant - Swindon Location: Swindon ( SN2) Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-3:30pm Friday 1.30pm finish Pay : £14.61-£16.15 per hour Start Date: 5 th Jan 2026 We're looking for a friendly, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the centre of Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early stages of a child's education while working in a supportive and positive environment. What You'll Be Doing: Support the class teacher and pupils during lessons and activities. Lead small group sessions and 1:1 interventions to boost learning. Help with pupil assessments and provide feedback to teachers and carers. Communicate updates to parents and carers when needed. Assist with classroom displays and create an engaging learning space. What We're Looking For: A warm, empathetic personality with a passion for early years education. Ability to engage and motivate young learners. Strong commitment to pupil safety and well-being.
