What we're looking for
This role deepens responsibility for coffee quality, team development, and overall shop performance by setting high standards in latte art and Barista-Prepared Drinks, maintaining machines through advanced troubleshooting, and consistently monitoring quality KPIs. It leads coffee maker training and graduation, coaches team members, strengthens communication, and connects the shop with Ambassadors and the Academy. The role also drives operational excellence by championing Pret's values, supporting stock control and waste reduction, ensuring safety and allergen compliance, and delivering fast, accurate service. Success in this position comes from being an experienced and passionate Barista who loves developing others, maintains exceptional attention to detail, lives Pret's values, and is eager to grow their Pret career while elevating coffee standards in their shop.
