As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you will lead by example making sure our guests, and teams, have a great time.
What you'll be doing…
* Lead and support the pub team, including front of house and kitchen staff, leading shifts.
* Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
* Manage stocks and order supplies as needed.
* Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the pub.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with staff training.
* Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
* Coordinate with management to implement promotions and events.

* Proven experience in a senior role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
