Reed Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and adaptable English Supply Teacher to cover temporary assignments within a secondary school in Lincoln. This role is ideal for a qualified Maths teacher who enjoys flexibility and making a positive impact across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
* Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Follow lesson plans provided or confidently deliver pre-prepared work
* Provide feedback to the school as required
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching English at secondary level (UK curriculum)
* Strong classroom management skills
* Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
