Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring. These services are tailored to help clients achieve strategic goals and empower our staff to develop their careers.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services team across various regions, working on technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory projects.
You will:
1. Work on complex projects involving accounting standards like FRS102, IFRS, FRS101, group reconstructions, GAAP conversions, and acquisition accounting.
2. Become a specialist in financial reporting and a trusted advisor to clients.
3. Coach and develop junior staff and contribute to business development.
4. Provide excellent client service through regular communication and updates.
What we are looking for:
* ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Passion for financial reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP, with practical experience in complex scenarios.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Experience supervising and coaching junior staff.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
