Your Role
In this exciting position, you’ll be at the heart of the Anglian Water contract, part of our IMRDS alliance (Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Developer Services). You’ll help maintain essential water supply systems, tackle emergencies like water bursts, and innovate ways to enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Performance Manager, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of team leaders and operatives in your region, ensuring smooth operations on reactive works.
* Support the Area Operations Manager in delivering an efficient service strategy while maintaining top-notch customer service.
* Collaborate closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams to ensure customer-focused and efficient service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and Streetworks regulations (NRSWA).
Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
* Managing end-to-end operational delivery in line with Kier's Health & Safety procedures.
* Working with Local Authorities to meet required specifications.
* Investigating and resolving any quality issues that arise.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in the water industry at a supervisory level.
* An NRSWA ticket.
* Strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
* A full driving license.
