SaaS Business Development Manager

Based in the North East (SaaS, agile, SME, fast paced) – Pure Sales and relationship building in the SaaS sector.

Growth. Targeting large Public sector, healthcare, leisure and transport clients.

£55,000 - £60,000 with a £110,000 OTE (paid quarterly) (speak to Jess @ Duval)

Responsibilities

* Build and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to engage public sector and strategic partners across local government, healthcare, education, and transport hubs.
* Lead initiatives that help address societal challenges around digital inclusion, data accessibility, and regional economic development.
* Establish and nurture senior relationships with civic jami, councils, and key public sector stakeholders to embed solutions within regional strategies.
* Drive new revenue generation opportunities through a consultative, partnership‑led approach.
* Represent the company at events and forums.

Key qualifications include a track record of senior SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and data‑driven decision making, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role requires flexibility, independence, and a passion for accelerating digital transformation in the public sector.
