We care for patients from initial outpatient consultation and diagnostic scanning through to surgical treatment and recovery.\n\nWe are proud to be in partnership with some of the most qualified and experienced Consultants, along with dedicated staff who are highly trained and pride themselves on maintaining the highest levels of patient care to encourage a full and speedy recovery.\n\nThe Role:\n\nThis exciting role, leading a small team and reporting to the Hospital Manager, is pivotal in driving growth and increased referrals across all payor channels into the hospital, by developing and delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and communications.
\n\nThe Business Relations Manager role is based primarily on site but will include travelling to visit stakeholders in our regional area. The role is accountability for increasing and delivering targeted referrals and revenues by building strong links and effective stakeholder relationships across the referring healthcare community.\n\nThe successful candidate will organise and facilitate educational events and develop referral opportunities between consultants, GPs and other external stakeholders through various high quality communication methods, both virtually and face to face. \n\nYou will be responsible for assisting with developing an engagement strategy and delivering promotional activity.\n\nThe role will be supported by using analytics and data insight to ensure optimal use of time and resource for both new and existing referrers in order to develop your portfolio, and to identify opportunities for business development in line with the centre’s strategic business plan and targets.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\nDevelop and execute a growth strategy\n\n Build effective, long-term partnerships with current and potential referrers with the objective of driving revenue into Ramsay Health Care and\n\nExplore opportunities to partner with other Business Relationship Managers to further develop business opportunities and gain market insights.\n\nOrganise and facilitate accredited clinical education for primary care stakeholders using virtual and face to face methods.\n\nUndertake market analysis, competitor analysis and identify target territories and commercial opportunities to drive growth.\n\n Work effectively with your line manager and collegiately with key internal stakeholders such as the Private Patient Manager to achieve business growth.\n\nHave a thorough understanding of the hospital’s facilities, services and consultants to allow effective promotion of overall capabilities.\n\nRecord sales and events activity within Ramsay’s agreed CRM in a timely manner within agreed KPIs.\n\nEngage with the commercial contracts team to facilitate and maximise opportunities with PMI contracts and networks.\n\nUtilise the Brandhub platform to update and maintain all marketing collateral with the templated toolkits.\n\nSupport the rollout of the National Marketing strategies by aligning local business objectives and promotions; such as mini primary care campaigns, education events and consultant engagement.\n\nProvide line management responsibility for the Private patient Team\n\nAccountable for design and delivery of company strategy\n\nWhat you’ll bring with you:\n\nPrevious experience of working in a similar role within healthcare and/or a proven track record in a sales or business development environment.\n\nStrong organisational skills, results driven and proactive.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team (cluster) environment and independently in a field-based role.\n\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\n\nFlexibility to work evenings and some weekends for planned schedule of events / hospitality.\n\nFull UK driving licence.\n\nDesirable Experience:\n\nCRM experience\n\nA sound knowledge of the healthcare market\n\nExperience of data analysis and creating outcome reports based on KPIs.\n\nExperience of events and seminar management\n\nBenefits:\n\n25 Days Leave + Bank Holidays\n\nPrivate Pension\n\nEnhanced Competitive Parental Leave Policies\n\nPrivate Medical Cover with option to add partner & dependants.\n\nLife Insurance – 3 X Salary\n\nFree Training and Development via the Ramsay Academy\n\nEmployee Assistance Programme\n\nCycle2Work scheme available, in partnership with Halfords\n\nThe Blue Light Card Scheme\n\nAbout Us:\n\nRamsay Health Care UK is a well-established global hospital group with over 60 years’ experience.
