Acosta Group is seeking a seasonal retail field sales executive to represent Nestlé in the UK during the festive season.

* Hours: 7.5 hours per day (07:00–19:00)
* Salary: £26,000 + bonus scheme
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with key retail decision makers (department and store managers).
* Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability and ensure stock levels are maintained.
* Ensure Nestlé's promotional activity is implemented and that products are on display in the correct location with good availability.
* Act as the face of the brand, carrying out retail store visits within a defined territory, driving brand sales and increasing turnover and market share.
* Gain additional display spaces, maintain and enhance them throughout the season.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment.
* Passion for the brands we market and drive to succeed.
* Full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory.
* Excellent relationship building, product knowledge, commercial awareness, influencing skills and negotiation.
