Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Shropshire based Looked after Children Team.
Responsibilities include:
* Completing Child in Need and Child Protection work
* Conducting risk assessments and creating Child in Need plans
* Completing Child and Family assessments
* Experience working with Section 47 enquiries
* Promoting effective working arrangements with Mental Health services and voluntary/community partners
* Developing understanding of evidence-based practice and integrating models into service delivery
* Participating in clinical supervision and risk assessment
* Liaising with mental health services across boroughs
* Developing and reviewing multi-agency Pathway Plans with young people

Qualifications and Experience:
Must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and have post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent in Social Work is required.
