Inside Sales Job Description
Our client is a very well established Freight Company, is now seeking an Inside Sales Co-ordinator.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to work within a busy and friendly sales environment.
The purpose of this role is as follows:-
* Quoting customers using our 360 portal and our in house system
* Ensuring quotes are sent accurately and with a fast turn around
* Following up quotes with customers via phone and asking relevant questions to secure the booking
* Assisting where necessary in collecting data for shared team spreadsheets, copy quotes off competition
* Feeding back any information that could help secure future bookings for customers to management/team leader
Required
* Good Customer service skills – Emailing/speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner
* Attention to detail
* Able to use basic maths with use of a calculator
* Good basic I.T skills
* Freight Forwarding or Logistics experience is desirable but not essential
Salary £28-30k according to experience.
Hours 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
