We are looking for an Independent Living Co‑ordinator to join our Independent Living Team at our scheme in Craven Arms. We’re seeking someone who is experienced, caring, highly motivated, and an excellent communicator — someone who is genuinely interested in people and able to build strong, positive relationships.
This is an accommodation‑based role, meaning you will be on site at the heart of the estate, supporting customers in their homes as well as from our community hub. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team member who can spark activities, encourage participation, and help build a strong sense of community where everyone feels included.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Delivering intensive housing management
* Monitoring income and supporting residents with their tenancies
* Providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to residents across the estate
* Managing and overseeing the communal community space at the scheme
