Senior Services Manager – Private Rented Service
Permanent. Grade 6 - £54,495- £64,811. Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working 36.5 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For
* Extensive experience working within the Private Rented Service
* Proven people management skills, with the ability to develop and inspire teams
* In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and PRS frameworks
* Experience delivering service improvement in complex environments
* Ability to build effective partnerships with landlords and stakeholders
What You’ll Do
* Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams, embedding a high performance, customer focused culture
* Drive the procurement and effective use of PRS accommodation to meet demand
* Deliver services in line with Housing Act 1996 (Part VII) and relevant legislation
* Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money and service sustainability
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with landlords, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance PRS supply and service delivery
* Contribute to city wide housing policies, strategies and service improvements
