An innovative and fast-growing insurtech company headquartered in London is seeking a results-oriented Head of Sales to join its expanding team. This company offers a cutting-edge SaaS platform that empowers insurance brokers and agents to digitize and streamline their entire workflow- from client onboarding through to policy management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the insurance, SaaS, or insurtech sectors, who is eager to be part of a mission-driven team redefining the future of insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and build relationships with key decision-makers across the insurance landscape, including brokers, agents, and MGAs.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the platform’s value proposition effectively.
* Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Partner with the customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline development.
Requirements
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in insurtech, SaaS, or insurance.
* Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and broker workflows is a major advantage.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
