About You
You are a confident and experienced early years professional who:
* Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
* Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person
* Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play
* Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress
* Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
* Is a collaborative and inspiring leader, able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care and reach their full potential
