The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join our client in their Corporate Finance practice. This is a where you will play a key part in leading transactions, managing client relationships, and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a variety of corporate finance projects including M&A, disposals, fundraising, and strategic advisory.
* Oversee financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence processes.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Support Directors and Partners in developing new business opportunities.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
About You
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or advisory.
* Proven track record of managing deals end-to-end, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and motivated to contribute to the growth of the practice.
