We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapist department. This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, across two sites, Circle Integrated Care - North Hampshire, Basingstoke and Alton. Duties of this role include: Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care. Caseload and Prioritisation Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care. Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services. Applicants should meet the following criteria: HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. At least 2 years solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to team working and service improvement.
