Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a 7-month contract in London. The role involves working 3 days a week in the office and is focused on planning their HQ move within London.
The Project Coordinator will be part of the Operation Readiness team and will coordinate with various workstreams including IT, Facilities, and Business Change.
Applicants should have previous experience in large-scale office moves or relocation programmes. Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, managing risks, activity logs, finances, and costs.
Additional understanding of project coordination aspects such as move and migration planning, installation of FF&E, snagging, services mobilisation, facilities mobilisation, business continuity, licensing, and planning will be advantageous.
This position requires EU work permit and is ideal for candidates ready to start ASAP.
