About you
* Experience working in a school or similar setting
* A good understanding of attendance procedures and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in working with families and external professionals
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* A calm, professional and solution-focused approach
* Experience in an attendance, pastoral or family support role is desirable but not essential.
