About the Role
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems? Perhaps you like gaming or tinkering with technology? If so, you have transferable skills for a Customer Service Technical role with EE.
Join our Home Technical Team in Cardiff, where you'll assist customers over the phone with broadband tech-related queries. Whether it's a simple router question or a more complex issue requiring ownership, you'll support customers throughout their journey.
No specific experience is required to join us. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
