Territory Manager Location: Field-Based (UK)

We’re supporting a global leader in hearing technology seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the independent sector.
This is a field-based sales role focused on promoting a full product portfolio, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering business and product training to audiologists and practice teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow revenue across independent accounts in the territory.
Build strong, lasting relationships with independent businesses and key accounts
Deliver training and support on products and practice development
Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities
Maintain CRM data and report on market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during launches and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in field sales (ideally medical or healthcare)
Skilled in managing a territory independently, including planning and prioritisation
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Territory management experience and commercial drive
Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnights
Full UK driving licence
