The Role:
* Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
* Delivering pre-set work and keeping students on task
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
* Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom environments
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)
* Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
* Confident, professional, and flexible approach
* Graduate or education-related background beneficial but not essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
