The Role
Vision for Education are looking for a multilingual and dedicated EAL Lead to support pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) in a Bournemouth secondary school. You will help students integrate into the school system, provide targeted language support, and work closely with families to ensure smooth transitions into education.
Requirements
1. Fluent in English and at least one other language.
2. Experience supporting EAL pupils in education.
3. Strong communication and family liaison skills.
4. Organised, patient, and adaptable approach.
