Working as a TPS Van Sales Driver, you’ll be a key part of our Trade Parts operation, making sure our customers receive the right parts, on time, every time. You’ll use your communication and organisational skills to support customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone, delivering a level of service that truly reflects the TPS brand.

What you’ll do day to day
* Check orders against invoices, resolve any discrepancies, and communicate with the Warehouse team as needed
* Load and deliver parts efficiently, ensuring accurate delivery logs, correct customer signatures, and proper handling of returns or cash credits
* Represent the business professionally on every delivery, providing knowledgeable, courteous service and reporting any customer complaints
* Plan effective delivery routes, prioritising customer needs while collaborating with colleagues to maintain smooth, timely operations
* Drive safely and responsibly, keeping the vehicle clean, roadworthy, and compliant with all driving, fuel‑efficiency, and manual‑handling guidelines
* Support sales by sharing promotions, identifying new opportunities, gathering customer insights, and working closely with the wider sales team
* Follow all business processes and safety standards while assisting with stock checks, maintaining a tidy working environment, and taking part in ongoing training and development
Helpful skills and qualifications

* An interest in vehicle parts is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Full and valid UK driving licence with a good driving record
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
* Previous sales experience or the ability to work towards sales targets
