Job Description
1. Prepare detailed and conceptual cost estimates for a range of construction projects
2. Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and conceptual documents
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
4. Analyze subcontractor proposals and ensure alignment with project scope
5. Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews
6. Support the preparation of proposals, schedules, and presentations
7. Collaborate closely with project management and field teams throughout project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have:
8. 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction (CM/GC environment preferred)
9. Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools (, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline/ Sage Estimating)
10. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
11. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
12. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
13. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent industry experience
