Responsibilities
* Provide diary management and administrative support to senior leadership, including PA assistance and coordination of business activities.
* Deliver comprehensive administrative support to a wider team, with a focus on financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and billing.
* Process and track invoices, ensuring accuracy, correct coding, and timely submission for payment.
* Maintain accurate financial records, trackers, and supporting documentation to support reporting, audits, and internal queries.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries, discrepancies, and payment‑related issues efficiently.
* Manage and maintain documentation, including tracking and updating contractual and property‑related records.
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across departments.
Requirements
* Proven experience in real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property management systems.
* Confident in learning new systems and extensive knowledge of Excel.
* Strong administrative experience including data entry, filing, office procedures, and legal documentation management.
* Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
* Experience in property leasing, facilities management, or property maintenance is highly desirable.
