We are recruiting for a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover within a busy office environment in Sheffield. This is a confidential requirement and full details will be shared at shortlisting stage.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organised, and confident handling reception duties while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
* Answering and directing calls professionally
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor arrangements
* Supporting general administrative duties as required
About You
* Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
* Friendly, professional, and well presented
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident using basic office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel advantageous)
* Reliable and able to step in at short notice
