Job Advert: Nursery Assistant – Bournemouth
Location: Various nurseries across Bournemouth
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re seeking enthusiastic, caring, and proactive individuals to join nursery teams and help create safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments for children aged 0-5.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support children’s learning through play and planned activities
2. Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play
3. Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment
4. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
5. Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to children’s wellbeing
Requirements:
6. A genuine interest in working with young children
7. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (preferred but not essential)
8. Previous experience in childcare is a bonus but not required
9. Good communication and teamwork skills
10. A caring, patient, and reliable approach
