Are you a Planning Engineer or Senior Planner ready to take your next big step? Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned expert, we have multiple roles available across high-profile clients and landmark UK infrastructure & defence projects.
From rail and aviation to utilities, defence, and energy — we're supporting various clients delivering some of the most ambitious programmes in the country. And they need top-tier planners like you to keep things moving.
• Senior Planners – lead planning strategies on multi-billion-pound programmes
• Sector Specialists – bring your expertise in rail, aviation, power, utilities, defence, and more
• Client-Facing Roles – embedded with project teams or consultancy-side
What You’ll Be Doing (depending on level)
* Build and manage schedules across full project lifecycles using Primavera P6
* Develop reporting dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking tools
* Engage with stakeholders to present insights and mitigate delays
* Validate subcontractor schedules and identify programme risks
* Integrate multiple workstreams into a clear, deliverable masterplan
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in project planning within infrastructure, construction, or engineering
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 (MS Project also valued)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present data to diverse audiences
* Familiarity with NEC contracts and earned value
* A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
