With live projects already underway, key leadership appointments in place, and significant financial backing secured, the business is now seeking an Operations Director capable of helping scale the company into a market-leading MMC delivery platform. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its future growth, operational performance and company culture. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Director will take responsibility for both factory manufacturing operations and construction site delivery activities across the business.
