We have an exciting secondment opportunity for a recruitment officer with the vision, passion, and energy to drive growth and deliver against commercial and customer goals to join the Fostering and Permanence Shared Service. The job holder will oversee the recruitment process for foster carers, planning and delivering distinctive and compelling marketing activity and provide ongoing insight and analysis to understand performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth and follow best practice.
Reporting to the principal social worker, this is a temporary part:time position based in our Hammersmith and Fulham office, but the post holder will ensure strong visibility and links with our bi:borough colleagues in Westminster City Council and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are maintained.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years marketing or copy writing experience with knowledge and experience of marketing strategies, you will also have exceptional organisational skills and a keen interest in achieving best outcomes for children.
