Key responsibilities
* Staff the reception desk during working hours
* Sign in visitors and issue passes
* Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls
* Respond to basic email enquiries
* Carry out site or building tours when required
* Log, raise, and chase maintenance issues
* Liaise with on-site teams and external contacts
* Keep reception and shared areas presentable
Requirements
* Previous reception or front-of-house experience
* Clear spoken and written communication
* Confident handling telephone calls
* Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office and email
* Reliable timekeeping
* Professional approach to work
