The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team, specialising in the digital and tech space. This is a fantastic chance to own your own desk, manage multiple client accounts, and make a real impact within a supportive, values-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within digital, tech, or related sales roles.
Confident in full-cycle (360) recruitment with a consultative, client-focused approach.
You know your numbers and have a strong track record of delivering results and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Comfortable managing multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously.
Commercially-minded, motivated to grow a niche, and committed to quality placements.
Someone who values fit, longevity, and making the right match for both client and candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and company culture.
Match candidates on both technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement.
Stay ahead of market trends and help shape your desk’s direction.
