We're recruiting on behalf of a dynamic company that operates at the cutting edge of Mathematical Modelling/Algorithms, Simulation, Data Science, and AI. The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be a driving force behind business growth, with a primary focus on proactive outreach to potential clients and responding to inbound leads across multiple channels. You'll own the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals across the board.
About You
You’ll bring a mix of sales savvy, curiosity, and technical interest. Specifically:
* At least 1 year in a sales or client-facing role
* A track record of working with complex tech or IT solutions
* Confident communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* A proactive approach, comfortable multitasking and thriving in a dynamic environment
* A natural problem-solver, keen to understand client challenges and help solve them
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Proactive outreach to prospective clients through email, phone, and social media
* Lead management using HubSpot CRM and other tools
* Solution selling, tailored to clients in sectors like supply chain, healthcare, and manufacturing
* Collaboration with technical, product, and training teams to align offerings with market needs
* Sales reporting to track pipeline progress and inform strategy
* Hitting targets—you’ll be working to monthly and quarterly KPIs, with support every step of the way
