Inductosense is a pioneering technology company based in Bristol, developing wireless, battery‑free ultrasonic sensing solutions for monitoring corrosion and erosion. Our WAND (Wireless and Non‑Destructive) technology has evolved into a flexible, scalable solution used globally across Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Mining, Renewables, and Chemical sectors. Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead Inductosense’s engineering function and deliver robust, scalable, and compliant products. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team spanning hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, and systems engineering. Working closely with Operations, and Commercial teams, you will ensure engineering outputs are technically sound, suitable for scale, and aligned with regulatory, quality, and customer requirements.This is a senior role suited to a hands‑on engineering generalist with strong management experience in scaling complex hardware‑software products.
