Job Description
3. Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support business objectives.
4. Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
5. Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
6. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
7. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
8. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
9. Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
12. Proven experience in financial management within the property industry.
