This multifunctional role blends hands-on logisticspicking, loading, and storagewith onsite vehicle and trailer shunting. Youll take full ownership of safety, hygiene, and output, ensuring every load is accurate and every record is spot-on. Your Impact: Drive Results: Process customer orders with speed and accuracy. Take the Wheel: Safely shunt vehicles and trailers onsite (1 in 3 weeks). Own the Process: Troubleshoot issues, hit KPIs, and keep documentation sharp. Stay Sharp: Master new tech and equipment through ongoing training. Collaborate: Work solo or with the Production and Engineering teams to level up site standards. What Youll Bring to the Team Physical Agility: Youre comfortable staying activebending, reaching, and lifting packages up to 15kg. Driving Credentials: Possession of a full UK Valid driving licence is an essential. Ideally you will hold a Class 1 License with previous shunting experience also however if youre willing to learn, were happy to provide the training. A Team Player Mindset: You have top-tier communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
