JOB DESCRIPTION
:
Creating, communicating, and implementation of the overall organization strategy
1. Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization
2. Overseeing the complete operation, Human Resources, Marketing, and sales activities of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
3. Conduct market survey and research for essential feedback and implement marketing plans and strategy.
4. Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals
5. Make high quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits
6. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
7. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Built alliances and partnerships with other organization - Make high level decisions about policy and strategy
8. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
9. Achieving business goals and revenue targets
10. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating.
11. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
12. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
13. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finance to CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
14. Proven experience as Regional Manager or in other managerial position.
15. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA
16. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
17. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
18. In-Depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
19. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
20. Excellent communication and public speaking skills
21. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decision
22. Able to inspire confidence and create trust
